ABOUT
Lydia Durkin (MCSP, MSMA) is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist.
Trained at The University of Salford and London School of Sports Massage (LSSM); she is currently completing an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London.
Lydia has experience working with everyday gym goers to elite athletes. Based in Izmir, Turkey she is developing her sports physio skills within musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Previously, Lydia consulted for the Georgian Rugby Union National teams in Tbilisi, The English Institute of Sport (EIS) as part of the Olympic and Paralympic medical teams in Manchester and has also worked with a number of UK CrossFit athletes.
Lydia is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and Sports Massage Association (SMA).
